Does the home need to be completely empty before you arrive?
Yes, we highly recommend that all furniture, boxes, and personal belongings are completely moved out. This allows our team to reach every corner, cabinet interior, and baseboard without obstruction for a truly flawless clean.
Do I need to be present at the property during the cleaning?
No, you don’t need to stay! Many clients arrange entry via a lockbox, digital door code, or by leaving keys with a building concierge. We just ask that you are reachable by phone in case our team has any questions.
Should the electricity and water utilities stay turned on?
Yes, absolutely. Our crews require running water for scrubbing/mopping and reliable electric power for vacuuming and proper visibility. Please verify utilities remain active through our scheduled session.
Is the appliance interior cleaning included in the Move package?
Yes! Unlike our standard residential services where it’s an extra add-on, deep scrubbing the inside of the primary refrigerator and main oven is fully included as a default standard within our specialized Move-In / Move-Out package.
